Giám Sát Bảo Trì - Maintenance Supervisor

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the general safety of all Automation/Hand Fill equipment.

2. Coordinate schedules for technical group to ensure all manufacturing times have adequate Technician coverage.

3. Responsible for management of staff including discipline, performance evaluations, etc.

4. Responsible for timely procurement of necessary tools, supplies, and equipment required for the technician staff to perform their jobs effectively and efficiently.

5. Coordinate projects on existing machinery to improve quality, throughput, and safety.

6. Responsible for Preventative Maintenance program for all manufacturing process related equipment.

7. Work with engineering, quality, and customer service departments to investigate issues related to automated manufacturing.

8. Interface with engineering on tooling/machinery for new projects and products associated with automated manufacturing.

9. Could potentially involve handling hazardous materials.

10. Any other job-related functions as requested by supervisor or management.

Required Experience

1.       At least 03 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician role (both Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance) in Manufacturing environment

2.       Must be capable of lifting 30kg from floor to waist and have full use of all digits.

3.       Capable of standing and/or sitting for more than 90 minutes straight and not suffering from any sensory deprivation and/or paralysis of the limbs.

4.       Basic communicative English.

5.       Can use Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD (Solid work), PLC, understand the technician drawing,

6.       Detailed oriented and concerned with timely handling of requests.

7.       Working time: Mon-Sat (7.30am to 4.30pm, willing to work in shift as requested)

Preferred Education:

1.      College/Bachelor Degree related Technical

2.      Diploma from an accredited Technical University is preferred.
