1. Market research & investment analysis
• Continuously monitor the market conditions and remain updated on the current market trends and prepare relevant reports.
• Provide an insight to the clients regarding their portfolio performance as well as relevant feedback to the analysts and portfolio managers based on the market trends.
• Recommend new strategies by evaluating the existing fixed income investment plans
• Perform all the back end office work, to make entry into new markets, and to make sure that all the activities of trading are carried out efficiently by adhering to the rules and regulations of the company
• Maintain healthy professional relationships with the clients and handle all their issues and provide a timely resolution for the same.

2. Investment reporting/ operation
• Cashflow management, deliver regular liquidity report and cash position for investment planning purpose.
• Handle deal confirmation, settlement/ payment & reconciliation with relevant stakeholers including brokers, banks, counterparties and internal related functions, etc.
• Record investment transactions, operation expense and all relevant data for NAV calculation/ unit pricing and reporting purpose for relavant manadate, open ended fund and Unit Link fund.
• Ensure proper data/ documation record and filing to be ready for review, audit and regulatory inspection where required.
• Deliver regular investment reports completely, accurately and timely, including regulatory reports/ information disclosure to SSC/ MOF, regular reports to client and individual investor and internal MIS reports to update managment and releavant stakeholders on the investment portfolio performance, compliance status and market conditions.
• Keep updated on the fund valuation requirements and ensure proper implementation.

3. Other tasks where required

• Possess at least Bachelor Degree 
• Requires at least 3 year experience in financial services i.e. audit, banking, securities or fund company.
• Fund management certificate by SSC is a must, CFA is desired
• Strong interpersonal skill
• Team player with ability to work with various stakeholders & levels of employees/executives
• Good network with professional investment community
• Proactive initiative and communication style
