Study, propose and implement plans to expand potential markets according to the general development plan of PMC
Check, evaluate new sites and ensure they meet company’s standards
Manage the works of site selection staffs
Manage the site selection staffs;
Be the main contact point of Site Selection team to communicate to employees the targets and plans from BOD;
Other tasks as assigned from line manager;
Get comments/ feedbacks from staffs to report and propose the department’s development plans to Manager;
Do periodic visits for market evaluation in each area;
Prepare and submit reports as required by line manager;
Prepare the plans to expand the markets and budget for site selection development in accordance with company’s standards and budget;
Check, review, evaluate and approve new sites; ensure the new sites meet company’s standards;

At least 3 years of experience working as a real estate agent or equivalent of finding sites for business development
Good English communication
Economics, Business Administration, Construction
Degree of Associate or higher
Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
