Ensure that all drivers are prepared for the trip to site
· Monitoring and supervising the health and safety performance within their area of responsibility.
· Participating where required in the resolution of safety issues.
· Reporting all accidents/incidents and corrective action reports.
· Ensuring safety is an agenda item for all meetings.
· Initiating actions to improve health and safety within area of responsibility

Operations

· Develops and maintains positive relationships with staff
· Prepare documentation for the drivers for trip
· Ensuring that all drivers have the correct ID and comply with site entry rules
· Assist in adjusting delivery schedule as required
· Ensure that subcontractor is completing the required repairs and maintenance (R&M) ad keep monthly records
· Assist creating daily report for transport operations out of Hon La
· Work with escort leader on route problems and trip details

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· Some English speaking but clear writing skills
· Able to work with CEA customers and subcontractors
· Highly motivated self starter
· Project supervision experience
· People management skills
KPIs
· Subcontractor performance meets required standards
· Operations are delivered 100% according to the plan
