Send out weekly report regarding to English Class, Test Result after finish English courses
Observes the target learners on how they handle their tasks, specially dealing with the guest; keeps a record/logbook about the day-to-day observations on the job; carries out corrective coaching and coordinates with Head of Department concerned re: the other necessary corrective programs, if required;
Plans, conducts and evaluates English classes for different levels specifically designed for either the rooms division staff or the restaurant staff; in case of the peak season in the hotel, the focus will be the outside classes;
Develops, plans and organizes tests for staff on probation to determine if they will pass the probationary period in coordination with the head of department concerned;
Develops English language learning materials for all staff in coordination with the Learning & Development Manager/Director of People & Culture / Head of Department concerned;
Regular check the suitable materials for English language learning.
Develops evaluation/ testing materials as part of the learning intervention process for operational training;
Training English skills to Employee at hotel/resort
In coordination with the Learning & Development Manager/Director of People & Culture / Heads of Departments initiates the appropriate reward system for high-achievers;

Good knowledge of computers and software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Studies in English Language Teaching University
Minimum 3 years’ experience
