Responsibilities

• JOB PURPOSE:
  
  
  
  • To manage all staff and activities for the Maintenance Section. 
  
  
  • To manage, maintain and develop the maintenance work for all existing and new customers. 
  
  
  • To manage and control the GKCV shutter plant and regeneration work. 
  
  
  • To improve staff level by training for staff about technical knowledge and working skill. 
  
  
  • To investigate troubleshooting, give solutions, make trouble reports and preventive procedures. 
  
  
  • To increase sales amount for maintenance work, chemical and spare part supply to achieve yearly target. 
  
  
  • To prepare estimation for chemicals, spare parts, maintenance, modification and repairing work and negotiate with customers to get POS. 
  
  
  • To make a yearly sales activity plan and follow up yearly targets. 
  
  
  • To control cost and payment schedule. 
  
  
  • To control the documentary and filing system for the Maintenance Section.

  • To plan and control maintenance work, cost and payment schedule. 
  
  
  • To manage and control the maintenance team to work following a schedule. 
  
  
  • To plan & control shutter plant staff and regeneration work. 
  
  
  • To find new customers to increase sales amount. 
  
  
  • To find out the cause & solve trouble. 
  
  
  
  


• Sale activity:
  
  
  
  • To find new inquiries and expand the market to increase sales amount. 
  
  
  • To prepare quotation for submission and negotiate to get Pos
  
  
  
  


• Documentation:
  
  
  
  • Make the procedure for operation & maintenance work. 
  
  
  • Make the trouble report explain to the customer cause, preventative method. 
  
  
  
  


• Training:
  
  
  
  • Train and instruct staff for technical and non-technical knowledge.
  
  
  
  


• Major Challenges:
  
  
  
  • To keep systems which are under GKCV's maintenance contract in stable and good condition and solve the problem when systems are in trouble. 
  
  
  • To improve staff level and technical knowledge. 
  
  
  • To achieve yearly targets. 
  
  
  • Find new customers and expand the market.

Experience and Requirements

• Education background :
  
  
  
  • Bachelor of Mechanical/Electric/Environment Engineer or Related field. 
  
  
  
  


• Professional Experiences (advantage):
  
  
  
  • At least 5 years' experience work in Waste water & Water treatment.
