Responsibilities:

· Lead the entire architecture design of system software products

· Make technical decisions used for the products, including middleware, frameworks, and other technologies.

· Working with a product owner, ensure the delivery of products with the required functionality, performance, and quality.

· Conduct troubleshooting of the products by giving technical suggestions.

· Mentor the other developers in the team.

Experience and Requirements:

Development Environment:

· Development language:

- TypeScript, Rust, Python

· Frameworks:

- Frontend: React.js, Apollo, Next.js, styled-components, WebGL, WebAssembly

- BEF: Node.js (Express.js, NestJS)

- Backend: Rust (Tokio, Tonic, Diesel), Node.js (Express.js, NestJS)

· Infrastructure: GCP, GKE

· Database: PostgreSQL, Firestore

· API: GraphQL, REST, gRPC

· Authentication: Auth0

· Development tools: GitHub, CircleCI, Figma, Sentry, DataDog, Storybook

· Communication tools: Slack, Discord, JIRA, Miro

Required skills and experience:

· 5+ years experience in web development and 2+ years experience in leading a team

· Ability to draw big-picture designs from basic specifications

· Deep understanding of design methodologies such as DDD and Clean Architecture

· Experience with statically typed languages such as TypeScript, Java, C#, NodeJS, Rust, ReactJS and etc.

· Hands-on experience designing, developing, and operating web services

· Hands-on experience developing websites with consideration of security requirements

· Proficiency with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

· Coaching mindset to educate and lead the team members

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication skills in English
