Global Marketing Expert

- Understand Marketing activities, appraisal, budget/cost control of Global Marketing activities; supervise marketing activities spending in each market, guarantee spending follow the right plan (right activities, on schedule, within approved limits). Specifically:
• Check/monitor the budget after it is approved: Check and update the budget of sub-programs in the master program that has been approved by leaders: whether the budget of the sub-programs belongs to the approved master programs or not, the difference, the reasonableness, … ensure the spending follow as planned.
• Appraise and check marketing expenses proposed by markets (monthly, quarterly, following fortuity programs) before the markets inform them to leaders for approval; evaluate the reasonableness, need to add/cut or adjust.
• Weekly compare actual spending of each activity with the approved plan, notify the market if there is a difference/not follow the market proposed plan; report to superiors for timely corrective action.
• Summarize the newly approved budget plan weekly.

- Participate in organizing events depending on times.

- Skills in budget planning and control
- At least 8 years of working experience in Marketing, having extensive experience in planning, organizing and implementing marketing activities such as organizing events (press conference, test drive, customer conference), …), advertising online and on social networking platforms/forums, marketing materials at the point of sale (decorating showrooms, designing and producing sales support materials such as catalogs/products/gifts…) outdoor advertising, production of creative content (such as TVC/advertising video,…), market research, …
- Postgraduate or higher majoring in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Economics… Preference will be given to candidates who have studied abroad
- Have arithmetic thinking, critical thinking
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Management positions
- Able to communicate & use English well
