Graphic Design Manager

• You will be part of a dynamic team, being responsible for developing a deep understanding of the target users and coming up with the tasks, navigation and flow
• Playing a key part in coordinating with other teams: Marketing, Branding, PR, Commercial, Brand Partnership to make sure all campaigns run smoothly and effectively.
• Working closely with internal and regional graphic team to communicate and maintain consistent brand guideline and trends (all over 6 countries)
• Mainly responsible for the look and feel of Lazada&039;s website, visual brand identity and campaign exposure
• You will work closely with the product manager to discover the blend of requirements and design.
• Leading a group of 3 designers to improve internal and external process that could deliver qualified and creative visual materials.
• You will be on hand and involved all the way through the project from the beginning to launch answering detailed questions from visual designers and developers during development and test.

• You have a strong interest in online user experience and interface design
• Fluent in English & Vietnamese
• Be creative, have a good sense of colours and dimensions
• Proficient and fluent in the use of Adobe Creative Cloud suites (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, HTML/CSS is advantage)
• Confident, friendly, honest, able for individual and team work
• Can work under pressure, flexibility approach
• You have more than 3 year-experience in analysing online user behaviour and converting gained knowledge into thoroughly described and illustrated features
• A bachelor’s on a Designing/Arts major
