Graphic Designer

1. Main responsibilities
-Design page layout based on clients’ templates and requirements with a balanced structure of product images, text content
-Update client-related information (new guidelines, feedbacks, etc)
-Ensure the agreed quality and deadlines are met
-Build and maintain a close relationship with overseas colleagues
-Work as a team and support other team members
-Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department/Team Leader
2. Who will you report to?
-For this position, you will report to the Head of Department/Team Leader.

Job requirements
-BA/BS in Graphic Design
-At least 1 year of experience as a graphic designer working with MAC platform
-Experience in working with brand guidelines, marketing and communications materials
-Experience in developing a layout from a rough sketch or template
-As Adobe InDesign is our primary working tool, we require an in-depth understanding of this program
-Excellent skills in English communication, both verbal and written (> TOEIC 500)
-A good team player
-Adapt to flexible working hours to keep deadlines for utmost service provision and be willing to work evening shifts every 4th week
