Graphic Designer (Full Time)

Works closely with the marketing team to create the story
Explores trends regarding color, materials, products, and consumers.
Display designs to potential customers and vendors
Works closely with the material sourcing team to gather yardage and trims for new prototypes, and also costing details to determine final pricing.
Work with development & production team to see if the design is feasible
Responsible for the main sketches and drawings of each product.
Works closely with developers to construct each prototype based on their vision.
Any design-related job assigned by Director.
Develop innovative designs for the organization
Participate in meetings to discuss designs and line development, and present and review line and concepts regularly.
Make packaging instructions
Sketch out the design spec sheets by Adobe Illustrator

Ability to travel: Able to travel domestically and internationally
Artistic ability: Must be able to transform a design from an idea into a physical illustration
Computer literacy: Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software (Photoshop & Illustrator)
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Desire: Must be able to learn and collaborate with other members of the design team.
Accuracy and attention to detail
Communication skills: Considering work in teams, a great communicator needed.
Creativity: creativity and innovation, creative thinking
Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Working days: 5 days / week, from Monday to Friday
Working time: 7:30 – 16:30
Annual leave: 15 days/ year
No additional payment for Over Time Work.
Full pay social insurance
Paid Leave: Follow VN Labor Law.
Have 13th month salary and other benefits follow company’s policy
Allowance: VND 80,000/day for daily meal on working days.
