Graphic Designer (On-Site)

1. Performs the duties on traditional and digital media within the framework defined by the Hotel and Vietnam regulations.

2. Prepares necessary documents as per guideline of MarCom Manager

3. Designs quarterly newsletter and other advertisement.

4. Collects the updated hotel information, promotions and activities for both rooms and F&B.

5. Observes the information from other hotels especially competitors on a regular basis.

6. Be Knowledgeable and experience in Internet and e-commerce.

7. Ability to use computerized graphic, photo imaging, publishing and editing software.

8. Good calligraphic skill is necessary.

9. Ensures all printed items are according to the Melia Hotels International Standards.

10. Able to write and speak English fluently. Good interpersonal & communicative skills.

11. Ability to work independently and as a team player.

12. Performs other duties assigned by MarCom Executive and MarCom Manager.

- College Degree or above

- Language: Fluent in Vietnamese and good in English (written and spoken)

- Specific knowledge: Graphic design software, including Photoshop InDesign etc. , Powerpoint, Microsoft Office

- At least 2 year experience in similar position in hotel industry or in graphic design field.
