Graphic Designer - Senior Associate

PwC Vietnam is looking for a passionate Graphic Designer to join our team in the Ho Chi Minh City office. This is an internal role within the firm’s Internal Firm Services function. The Business Development, Marketing & Communications (BDM&C) team focuses on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drives long term revenue growth for the Firm.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Graphic design - Produce marketing and sales materials for external and internal audiences.
Manage the production of the above-mentioned materials, including working with suppliers to ensure timely deliverables.
Capture the main concept and content, and create visuals for marketing, sales and communication materials, including websites, brochures, proposals, PowerPoint presentations, publications, posters, flyers, e-wallpapers, event materials, social media posts, infographics.
On occasion, provide support for video editing or manage video production agencies.
Support to build and maintain photo library for PwC Vietnam including photoshoot sessions (eg. CVs) or photo contests etc.
Brand guardian - Understand PwC’s brand visual identity guidelines and ensure a consistency in brand identity across multiple platforms.
Provide guidance and training on corporate identity usage to internal or external users, offer advice on templates, best practices while adhering to brand and compliance guidelines.
Develop designs that bring the PwC brand to life across multiple platforms.
Other M&C Support
Work in partnership with relevant members of the creative process, including different internal stakeholders and/or external suppliers in the development of creative key visuals.
Provide onsite event support, including event photography, AV technical support, on-brand graphics check.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere etc.), Google and MS Office Package
• At least 2 years of working experience in the same position, preferably in a corporate working environment
• Able to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken)
• Able to work under pressure with good time management to deliver clear and on-time design for multiple projects
• Experience in print and video production is a plus
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Design/Multimedia/Visual Communication or equivalent
• Web skills (Flash, HTML) required
• Good photography skills required
• Creative and proactive mindset and a good team player
