Group Leader & Product & Service Owner

- As part of your responsibility you will lead your direct reports as well as extended team part of different group ensuring high performance environment.
- Counsel, develop and train employees to achieve both company goals and individual career goals.
- Consistently monitor and appraise employees&039; performance to expected levels and to praise excellent performance.
- Perform other essential and related peripheral duties as assigned.
- Create, implement, and maintain Work instructions.
- Supervise personnel and administer company policy in a manner consistent with Bosch CI&039;s standards.
- Proactive in learning and applying new/progressive technologies and methods.
- Manage the key metrics (Quality, productivity, value stream delivery performance, and others) utilizing tools to improve Safety, Cost, Quality and Delivery.
- You will be responsible to lead, coordinate, monitor, and control products in the Bosch global Workflow portfolio.

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in technical writing and proficient use of Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to offer guidance to team leaders on technical issues and perform daily meetings.
- Ability to consistently apply established standards, policies and procedures in meeting business objectives.
- Prepared to confront daily challenges and keep eye on longer term tasks.
- Structured problem solving skills including familiarity with 5-why, root cause analysis, PDCA, and 8-D methodology.
- Experience with direct customer contact and the resolution of plant issues; this includes the communication of technical issues through presentation, conference call and meetings, when necessary.
- Motivated with need for achievement; ability to perform duties steadily and consistently.
- Effective organizational skills with successful prioritization and resource planning strategies.
