Group-X Report Analyst (Nhân Viên Phân Tích Báo Cáo)

We are looking for part-time Group-X Report Analyst.
Functional Objective
Support the GX Department by providing necessary reports such as low capacity classes, preparing commission, uploading schedule & preparing the timesheet:

Delivering quality report that meets company’s standards
Engaging with members and building rapport.

Report to: GX Country Manager
Key Responsibilities
90% Preparation & Emailing of Reports

Prepare a timesheet and note about all the leaves requested
Track all classes and attendance to be able to build a report where it shows which classes might
Upload schedule to the website on timely manner
Prepare accurate report showing the low and high performance classes

10% Other tasks as per request of line manager and company
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Upload all the schedules on the website on a weekly basis, with no spelling errors
0 mistakes on monthly commision report
2 times per month, cross check the commision from instructors and be able to fix if needed

Working hours: flexible, we require the candidate to come to the office (District.4) on Monday for the meetings, other days can work from home.

Education | Experience

No need experience. Students are welcome.
Love fitness and customer service oriental.
Demonstration of organization, communication and service oriented skills.
Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
Fluent in English (report to expat manager).
