Growth Marketing Leader - Ho Chi Minh City

- Design, plan and execute integrated, scalable online/offline marketing activities which aligned with business targets and liaise with internal operation teams (Operation, Suppliers, Merchants and Category) to generate accurate leads, improve customer retention and loyalty for KiotViet Connect B2B e- commerce platform
- Prepare and present recommendations, reports and findings from experimental data to the executive level.
- Measure and report performance of all event marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPI).
- Build up KiotViet Connect star supplier community to showcase e- commerce best practices to support with new supplier acquisition.
- Work with a cross- functional team (Category, Product, Services, Sales) to support KiotViet Connect’s business target.

The ideal Growth Marketing leader in KiotViet Connect must:
- Show extreme ownership in budget management and marketing performance.
- Have first-hand experience and proven track record in designing e-commerce seller acquisition marketing funnel
- Have practical experience in workshops execution and event management
- Successful execution of lead generation campaigns (online and offline), lead activation and lead nurturing.
- Be a data-driven and solution-oriented problem solver with an analytical mindset.

● Top salary range in the market (willing to negotiate)
