- Print the Arrival list with Guest Profile note.
- Write down names of the arrival guests on the luggage tag
- Identify the luggage belt that will be used for the guest.
- Takes out the Welcome Board and enough luggage tags for the number of guests arriving.
- GSO takes the welcome board and waits at the arrival entrance with a SMILE
- GSO goes to the Airport.
- Check if the Airport counter is neat and tidy.
- Double check on the necessary preparations for the arrival guest i.e. Check if the vehicle scheduled is what the guest requested, check if the drivers and porters are aware of any last minute changes, check if the arrival guests need any special items in the car (like baby seat)
The other tasks relating this postion will be assigned by direct manager

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position in a 4* or 5* resort
- Highly motivated and passionate about the job and his/her career in the resort
- Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese (oral and written). Fluency in a foreign language is an advantage
