Global Trade and Receivables Finance - Global Trade and Receivables Finance comprises over 4,500 people across more than 60 countries, helping suppliers and buyers with their export and import finance needs. Trade is where HSBC began in 1865, when we financed commerce between Europe, North America and Asia.


We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Assistant Manager Trade Middle Office (GCB6)


In this role, you will:



  • Control the operations process to minimize operational loss.

  • Identify potential business opportunities for GTRF.

  • Keep Trade Sales team/ RMs updated of customers performance and their business plan to maximize returns.

  • Provide excellent services to customers.

  • Manage customer complaints.

  • Establish and maintain customer relationship by customer visits/entertainments with sales and/or RMs.

  • Contribute to the development of team members.

  • Contribute to the improvement of operation process.


Yêu cầu công việc


To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: 



  • 6 - 8 years experience in banking - international trade producst and customer services.

  • Thoroughly understand international practices:UCP600, URC, URR, ISBP, ISP, URDG…

  • CDCS is an advantage.

  • University degree with major in Banking and Finance or Economic.

  • Customer and results oriented.

  • Good command in English (both in written and oral).

  • Good knowledge of trade products and International Rules applied such as: UCP 600, ISBP, URC, URDG, ISP etc.
