Guest Service Supervisor ( Male)

To perform any other duties as required by the GS Manager or the Management.
Checking of registration cards and control.
To keep strict control on the operations of the computer systems and peripherals.
Handling of Cash Advance or cash received upon check-out.
Supervise and co-ordinate all activities at the reception counter.
The employee also follow the Ascott Management: EHS (Environment – Health – Safety) Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for the equipment and tidiness at the Counter
Check on appearance, discipline and efficiency of Guest Service: Guest Service officers, club house attendants, and drivers
Responsible for the daily operations at the reception counter.
Prompt and courteous service at all times.
Ensure security measures are taken in the handing of key-cards and guest information in the computer system
Responsible for maintaining a complete and up-to-date reservations filling system
Communicate with other sections of the Guest Service and other departments in the company to have business runs smoothly
Training staff on the specific areas that need to be improved
The employee must be in line with ISO 14000.
Organize and manage the reception counter with tact and diplomacy.
To improve on guest service standards through on going communication from the guests to employees, to managers.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Possess good public relations and presentation skills
- Must be PC knowledgeable
- College degree
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Customer oriented attitude and pleasant disposition is essential
- At least 3 year relevant experience in the hospitality industry.

- 13th month for 1- year commitment (basic salary)
