[Hải Phòng] Customs Clearance Manager

- Control the budget and cost of department;

- Build up and manage KPIs system for all of staff.

- Consult customs regulation to other related department and clients;

- Build SOPs of im-export activities and systemize im-export documents;

- Use efficently resourse in area such as : human, facility … Maximize productivity of each staff;

- Forecast proper number of staffs by forecasting future business;

- Set up training plan for each position;

- Review actual employee's diploma and ability in order to allocate them in suitable position.

- Review performance appraisal result & give advise to employees;

- Control and solve daily operation;

- Maintain relationships with authority of customs/ authority;

- Other requirement by Senior Manager.

* Education:

  - Graduated from University of Import – Export, economic, International business;

* Experience:

  - At least 05 years experienced in Logistics, or Supply Chain or Sea Freight of MNC or big organization feild.

  - At least 05 years experienced in similar management position.

* Skill:

  - Have sufficient knowledge of Logistics, Supply Chain, Shipping lines and Sea Freight;

  - Communicated in English fluently;

  - Use MS Office and ECUS/VINACC software fluently.

  - Leadership skill, negotiation skill and communication skill.
