[Hanoi/ Bacninh] Production Data Team Leader

Key responsibilities:
. Improve production efficiency, reduce scrap by optimizing the schedule plan and production processes.
. Follow agreed lead times to prioritize and utilize production capacity to achieve Reliability & Flexibility, UEE(Utilization of Equipment Efficiency ) targets.
sections in production to solve the issues to make sure the orders are delivered on time as planned.
. Contact and coordinate with sections concerning IT, Planning, CS… to resolve issues such as misstake, error data, error system…
. Manage employees in the data team, provide training & help them develop.
. Working with the Planning team to Support Urgent orders for customer requirements.
. Making Daily Output & Yield Report for Production Manager, leadership team.
. Import/Export data in the Production team and send the data to Planning sections
. Manage and maintain the data system of the production department.
. Others Tasks as requested by supervisor
. Daily Monitor production schedule of the Planning team and coordinate with concerning

Requirements:
. Good communication
. Good at Microsoft office such as Word, Excel.
. Good team-leader skills & control, working in a high pressure environment.
. College degree or above.
. Logical thinking & data analyzing mindset.
. Able to read english documents
. At least 2+ years working experience OR in the similar position
