[Hanoia] Sourcing and Purchasing Manager

Sourcing & Purchasing Manager is involved to activities related to Hanoia Fashion collection, including: jewelry (lacquer & metal), accessories & ready-to-wear
Build Sourcing & Purchasing policy & action plan

Be the contact point to connect and collaborate with other teams, to ensure the timeline of all products and collections are followed
Build policy and collaborative process for Sourcing & Purchasing activities
Break- down Sourcing & Purchasing strategy into concrete action plan for determined period

Be responsible for sourcing and purchasing activities
Sourcing:

Contribute to enrich Hanoia’s library
Assign and monitor sourcing activities including: researching new materials, techniques and know-how not only for jewelry, accessories and ready-to-wear products but also for other materials and products to assist the Design and Collection teams in the creation of new products

Purchasing:

Look for, evaluate and develop suppliers. Communicate Hanoia’s guidelines and standards to make sure purchased products fit Hanoia quality requirements
Assign and monitor purchasing outsourcing product & materials that are related to jewelry, accessories and ready-to-wear
Negotiate to get the best price

Development

Assign and monitor development activities of outsourcing products if need be

Other tasks as assigned by Supply Director

Knowledge:- Technique drawing understanding- Knowledge in fashion/ garment is a plus
Skills:- Analysis skills- Leadership & project management skills
Education: Bachelor degree (Engineering, mechanism or related fields)
Experience: At least 3 years’ experience at the same position
Competences/ Attitude:- Problem solving ability & Logical thinking- Attention to details- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
