[HCM] Backend Developer

■Job description

You will participate in a whole software development project.

- Develop new features or maintain existing features of the products.

- Develop some inhouse systems for the company.

You will be responsible for developing software applications using Java technologies including:

- Read and understand technical documents.

- Write spec documents.

- Read existing code and write code

- Design unit test cases

- Run unit tests

- Design integration test cases

- Run integration tests

- Report bugs

- Fix bugs

- Communication tool: Hanatalk, Skype, Google hangout or TV conference system for video chat

- Communication language with JP team: English / Japanese (Our communicator can support you.)

- Bug management tool: Redmine

- Source management tool: GIT/SVN

■Salary in Gross: 800 - 1200 USD

■Working time

Mon-Fri：8:30-17:30 (No OT)

■Requirement

o Bachelor’s degree in IT related field.

o Good Java/J2EE development experience in Back End for at least 2 year.

o Proficiency at least one database management system such as MySQL, Oracle.

o Experience with Frontend:JQuery, HTML/HTML5, CSS is preferred.

o Good at back-end

o Good willingness to learn new technologies required for work.

o Experience in tour/hotel/flight ticket booking project is an advantage.

o Good written and verbal skills in English (Japanese is plus).
