More about the role & team
An Associate Support Analyst should have a basic understanding of best practices, can execute on tasks with supervision from others. Individuals will create basic level insights and recommendations in their area of expertise. Individuals in this role will continue to provide support to the managed service team and begins to lead tier two support efforts with low complexity.
Support Analysts provide support through calls and correspondence, troubleshoot problems, provide step- by- step solutions, escalate issues or refer clients to other services. They may also perform clerical tasks such as maintaining records of all transactions, preparing and processing documents, answering inquiries, and updating databases. Moreover, a support analyst must produce progress reports, coordinating with managers regularly.
What skills and experience do I need to succeed?
Financial / Investment Services / SaaS industry experience would be a plus.
1- 2 years’ experience in similar role
If you are an analytical thinker and great problem- solving capabilities this is the space for you.
Working Hours
Sunday- Thursday 12pm- 8pm Vietnam time
Sunday- 11pm – 7am Vietnam time
You may have worked as a ‘Support Analyst, ‘Associate Analyst’, or ‘Client Support Analyst’.
