JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist in the development and implementation of market research plans and strategies.
Directly report to CEO and Strategy Manager
Assist in the preparation of research proposals, questionnaires, and discussion guides for primary research studies.
Collect and analyze data from various sources, including surveys, interviews, and secondary research, to gather insights into market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Monitor and track industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support decision- making processes and drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to integrate research findings into business strategies and initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
· Penultimate/final year university student or fresh graduate, major inthe field of Marketing, Ecommerce, or Business Administration· Self- motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn and take onnew challenges· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- pacedenvironment. Experience in market research or data analysis is a plus
