The mission of a BA is to work on the overall understanding of the project’s business objectives and requirements and to ensure the development team gets the correct understanding of the project and requirements.

Collaborate with Project Manager and/or Senior Business Analyst to:

Gather business and system requirements from clients; 

Assist and consult clients in defining requirements and proposing ideas contributing values to the client projects;

Engage with multiple project stakeholders; 

Develop robust and thorough analysis and visualizations of the end-user’s journey flows;

Write “Agile user stories” and work with clients on acceptance criteria;

Work with the Project team (Developers, QA/ QC) to review and transfer requirements through the development life cycle;

Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management;

Support PM on the change management for the project from requirement clarifications to change approval to change implementation.

1-3 years of experience

Experienced with any collaborative interface design tools is a plus

Knowledge of BPMN 2.0

Basic knowledge of UML, database, SQL, life-cycle software

Investigate user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets;

Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand;

Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes;

Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets;

Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages;

Collaborate with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user;

Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior;

Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design.

1-2 year UI/UX design experience for digital products or services

A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms

Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite

A team player but can work independently too

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Experience with design test plan and following as the schedule;

Review project/product requirements and preparing test cases;

Execute manual tests on product/application usability;

Prepare test cases, test scripts and test data;

Analyze test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, usability and track product testing metrics;

Prepare reports on all aspects related to the testing carried out and reporting to the development team;

Report defects and ensure the development team in their understanding on the reported defects;

Interact with clients/stakeholders to understand requirements;

Participate in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems;

Ability to forecast bugs by executing API testing by Postman, Swagger.

Prepare and present test reports.

Participate in client meetings to ensure that engagement work products and deliverables are of the highest quality;

1 - 3 years of experience with application testing

Sound knowledge on Blackbox and Whitebox testing

Understanding on manual testing – expertise in manual test tools and frameworks 

Must have functional and basic non-functional testing experience 

Log defects and track to closure, working with development teams to establish defect validity, cause and retesting as required 

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Strong dedication to quality and a positive, collaborative attitude and approach to testing

Detailed-oriented, systemic thinking, patient

Fluent English speaking is a plus

Understanding of non-functional testing and experience in performance testing

Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment.
