JOB DESCRIPTION
Support to handle the paperwork in the office
Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices after processing PO on systems
Contacting suppliers for project status updates
Support customers with after- sales issues regarding documents, invoices,..
Making weekly reports on working progress
Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
Other job leaders arrange
REQUIREMENTS
Being able to communicate and write in English (Chinese is preferred)
Good at Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Word/PPT)
Patient and careful when handling the procedure
