ABOUT THIS JOB

Responsible for Customer requirements by message/ hotline/ email… related to shopping experience (order status, product information, payment, delivery…)
Contribute to the business growth of project.
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Collect data and consolidate report every day.
Clarify and resolve the customer&039;s complaints, issues, or follow the escalation process.

QUALIFICATIONS

Good English
Experience in related field.
Proactive, with excellent organizational and problem- solving skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Understanding of business model and products.
