[HCM-DN-Remote] Jr/Sr Automation Tester

Responsibilities

Address the test automation needs in a methodical, detail-oriented manner with the help of robust analytical skills and problem-solving capacity
Participate in sprint planning and work closely with the Scrum team to analyze requirements and provide necessary test recommendations.
Have complete responsibility to enhance end-to-end automated test coverage
Automate functional, regression and/or performance acceptance tests
Execute all testing activities to improve product quality, work closely with the team (developers, business analysis, customer service, operation, etc.) to deliver the product success

Qualifications

General requirements:

At least an intermediate skill level of English.
Familiar with the Agile development methodologies.
Likely having 2+ years of experience in the software development, especially the software testing processes.
Able to self-learn and quickly adapt to new technologies.
Able to perform tasks under high pressure.

Technical Requirements:

Experience on Automation testing, API testing
Experience on using tools: Postman, Git, IntelliJ IDEA...
Strong experiences on manual testing (requirement analysis, test strategy, test approach, test plan, test techniques included black box, risk-based, exploratory, Non-UI testing...)
Strong domain knowledge on web/mobile/desktop app testing expertise.
Experience on using technologies and frameworks: Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit...and programming languages: Java/.NET/JavaScript/Python/Groovy/C

Nice to have:

Knowledge about Design Patterns
Experience on CI/CD
Experience on Performance and Security testing
Experience on building frameworks
