[HCM] Expansion Service Executive for Highlands Coffee

- Find out the contract terms which conflict to contract standards.
- Conduct the new contract negotiation process.
- Conduct the construction license process.
- Coordinate the relating NSO process.
- Build up relationship with landlord and government for construction license.
- Prepare the renewal and rent review contract list.
- Build up & maintain landlord’s relationship.
- Conduct renewal/closured contract as BU standards.
- Conduct to reduce the losses of store.
- Support Operation to resolve the issue relating to the landlords.
- Build up relationship with landlord and government.
- Team admin works

- Educational Qualification: University

- Business/ economic/ construction law
- Accountant/tax knowledge.
- Good at English
- Skills: Communication, Negotiation, Solving problem, Organization, Presentation
- Working in customer service, retail field
- Patient, active, honest, responsible
