Mô tả công việc

Together with the business leaders, enter new locations and establish related people practices
Ensure global HR reporting for respective functional area in close cooperation with strategic workforce planning, controlling and global partners
Deliver a strong succession plan and build a talent pipeline to enable talent and succession for Senior Leadership positions within the area of responsibility
Trusted advisor on people priorities and topics to the Senior Leaders of the location, coaching and mentoring them to own and drive people topics, engagement and performance topics/decisions
Highlight business priorities to Global HR, Rewards and Talent partners to ensure needs and requirements are embedded in new initiatives, programs and systems, and provides relevant geographical input when needed
Maintain a high level of communication with senior leaders and contribute to the decision-making process of structuring and developing the team for the organization
Develop Leadership Bench for the future
Lead, educate and inspire the HR teams in the locations in the cluster, ensuring they fully understand and deliver the Global HR priorities, support any local priorities that are not covered by the global priorities
Identify and build own and team’s skills and capabilities against strategic requirements and initiatives, leads strategic workforce planning processes
Respond effectively and efficiently to complaints, questions, needs from senior managers
Communicate, drive and execute the People Strategy and priorities for the area of responsibility, focusing on areas of strategic importance
Support specific business needs with effective and globally aligned HR measures to promote positive employee relations in the work environment
Anticipates people trends/trend forecasting
On a cluster level, drive and support on-site people activities /events to drive company vision and employee experience
Use data, analysis and dashboards to input and share priorities and focus areas
Manage consistent execution of core HR processes in full compliance with company policy, legal and regulatory boundaries
Lead and drive complex organizational design, change and transformation programs, redesigning structures around strategic objectives

Requisite Education and Experience

Experienced in leading an HR team across multiple locations on complex organizational initiatives (e.g acquisition/divestiture, business transformation, setting up new locations);
Bachelor’s degree focusing on Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred;
International experience and mindset;
Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in a multinational company ideally with experience in HR Management, Rewards, Talent or business function;
Good in English;
Strongly experienced in talent management to align to organization’s goals and strategy;
Proven strategic HR partner, who supported business partners and contributed to the further development of standard global HR tools and programs;
Strongly experienced in building creative and learning culture;

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Drives change processes by applying change management methods
Consulting Capabilities: Brokering solutions to meet business needs, ability to customize/sell HR solutions in creative ways. Trusted advisor, impact & influence, facilitation and coaching, project delivery and leadership development. Ability to consult on expansion strategy to foreign countries.
Innovative thinking
HR Capabilities: Employee relations, HR subject matter expert, use of HR metrics, change delivery, organizational design delivery, maintaining external perspective, anticipating people trends, workforce planning, especially talent acquisition and driving culture.
Articulate and clear in written and verbal communication. Engaging presentations to large groups and teams. Provides ideas and thought leadership on people topics. Confident, creative and collaborative and role models this within the team, coaching others across the team
Drives innovation and fosters the development of new ideas, approaches and methods
Presentation and facilitation skills to all employees including senior management
A team leader with excellent management skills
Strong customer orientation, coaching and mediation skills
Shows deep understanding of the overall strategy and derived goals. Translates goals in actionable projects or tasks
Business Capabilities: Commercial awareness, business acumen, customer focus, aligning business & HR Strategy, knowledge of the value chain and key processes to use and impact on the people outcome and strategy.
Strong convincing and influencing skills. Communicates clearly, has a clear opinion and conveys ideas to the point.

Working time: Monday - Friday (08:00 - 17:00)
