HCM - IT Application Specialist

JOB BRIEF:
This position has the role of: coding directly for the Application Development team of The Application team in the IT department. This position also is responsible for development, upgrading and technical support at level 2 for all software/application systems of the company (included third party and in-house softwares /applications and excluded ERP-SAP system), do the Non-SAP Integration between systems and system (excluded ERP-SAP system).
DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
Train for business users if needed
Perform other tasks as assigned by the IT Application Development Team Leader / IT Application Manager/IT Director.
Report periodically to the IT Application Development Team Leader/ IT Application Manager/IT Director on software/application development and risk management
Involve to the project if needed to support about technical matters
Support improvement system and process.
Development the application for company.
Do Quality control/UAT.
Support to review and fix issues of the system.
Take care Documentation works for the Application Development team
Research and development new Technologies and Solutions related to Application Development works Team.
Support business users at level 2
Deployment the application/software to production.

- Active and creative, able to work independently and in groups.
- knowledge about TDD (test driven develop).
- knowledge about C, Mssql, .Net, javascript, Nodejs.
- Prefer to choose candidates who have the technical knowledge serving potential future IT trends: AI / ML / RPA / Data Analytics….
- Honesty
- Prefer to choose candidates who have worked in the MNC environment
- Prefer to choose candidates who have worked in an environment where SAP - ECC / HANA have been deployed
- At least 1 years of develop experience in the relevant field.
- knowledge about mobile develop.
