(HCM) Middle QC/ Tester

Job Description:

Communicate directly with developers, BAs about the business requirements, system’s architecture, and release’s issues
Execute manual test, identify, report, and monitor deficiencies and issues via tracking tool (JIRA, Redmine, ....)
Understand, identify and analyze specifications
Manage, analyze and monitor test result, report result, and evaluate product quality before releasing
Create, update relevant test documentation, including test plan, test cases/ checklists, test data

Job Requirements:

Either team-working or independent working on the assigned tasks
Proactive, eager to learn, attention to detail, able to do the repetitive work
Have knowledge/experience with API testing/ automation testing is a plus
Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology.
At least 02 years in manual testing
