Analyze, improve the business performance of large-scale online marketplace platform in Switzerland, serving over 10 mil users per month.

Build up the growth hacking and growth optimization team with a data-driven mindset.

Work in collaboration with head of products, product managers, technical leads, engineers in VN and Switzerland to execute product experiments.

Build up knowledge in the field of growth hacking and conversion optimization.

Build up a backlog of experimentation ideas by researching the market, the knowledge and best practices in conversion optimization.

Setup and execute various experiments and A/B testing on existing products and ensure the smooth.

Produce actionable qualitative and quantitative reports of experiment results that drive the further growth of the product.

Recruit and train new team members.

Yêu cầu công việc

Strong experience in product management in the field of e-commerce and marketplace.

Excellent skills in English communication (both written and spoken) – TOEIC 750+ or equivalent.

Strong understanding of conversation optimization and optimize web and mobile design for desired behaviors.

Strong analytical and data driven mindset.

Strong knowledge of A/B testing tools and setup.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, can coordinate the work with various stakeholders on site as well as in Switzerland to move.

It would be useful to have some experience with front-end technology - Javascript, Typescript or React JS.
