[HCM] - PROJECT LEADER - MAP OPERATION TEAM

Take an active role in meeting the company SLAs.
● Analyze team metrics in a detailed and timely manner; proactively monitor
trends of Service Measures and escalate any potential service and
performance risks
● Monitor compliance in following policies/practices.
● Monitor and drive Operational Excellence in day to day operations within
the team.
● Provide relevant stakeholders with real time update of the on the ground
situation and escalate potential failures early on
● Ensure up-to-date knowledge of policies, statutory requirements and
special handling procedures exists within the team.
● Work with the stakeholders to ensure that complex issues/problems
affecting team productivity etc. resolved at the earliest.
● Ensure that deadlines and quality standards are met daily
● Drive process improvement
● Lead and sustain a positive work environment that fosters team
performance through own work and behavior. Assess
● Assess impact of performance lapses and drive gap-bridging requirements,
training, process correction etc.

Must be Able to Lead a Mapping Team
● Passion for improving Map user experience
● Hands on experience on Maps, and perform routine data management
tasks, such as Attribute creation and correction, queries and editing in GIS
to ensure GIS data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.
● Clear understanding provided sources and should be able to
explain to the larger audience and higher management
● Understand and able to define POI specific policies as per 
requirements
● Good knowledge of spreadsheets and word documents

Experience in metric driven rigorous process for an operations service,
preferably in in mapping domain and POI work experience will have added
advantage
● Experience/Knowledge in mapping (Editing, Validating POI’s
&navigation) is required
● Experience with using online search/Websites, Imagery and other
 provided sources
● Ability to understand map and be familiar with maps operations and
location-based services
● Possess of excellent analytical skills and team player skills
● Should be able to communicate fluently in english.
