Manage the overall the data in terms of reports, trackers.
Work with internal teams to modify onsite visibility packages with optimum component and pricing.
Execute initiatives to grow package performance & analyze (in qualitative & quantitative) the plans for any improvements.
Plan and set package targets for clusters’ operations/KPIs. Monitor & propose the optimizations if any needed.
Develop the initiatives/ programs relating to package sale performance & seller adoption push.
To be responsibility for the analysis exercises & consult the team reports.

Keen interest in e- commerce, attention to details and interest in numbers.
Self- driven with an exceptional sense of ownership and responsibilities.
To be proficient in verbal & written communication in English & Vietnamese.
1- 2 years of working experience in relevant industry.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Strong data, data analytics, and project management skills.
Possesses Bachelor&039;s or Master&039;s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or any relevant study.
