HCM - Senior C&M ManagerTop management

Job Scope:Senior Construction & Maintenance Manager will be responsible for developing, building and maintaining Pizza Hut Vietnam restaurants according to the latest Market Development Strategic Plan & Yum’s standards.
Report to: CEO (expat)
Supervise: 03 members of Construction Project Team + 07 members of Maintenance team
Key Tasks:
+ Supervise the CBD team to handle the store construction & maintenance project to make sure the highest quality & meet deadline.
+ Develops plans and budgets for facilities projects to support fiscal decision-making.
+ Supervise the performance of the Contractors / Suppliers and reviews contract plans and specifications for compliance with appropriate project requirements.
+ Supervise and reports on all phases of planning and construction.
+ Co-ordinate with the internal Departments, Designer & all parties involved in the planning, design, and construction process.
+ Develops and maintains facility project budgets.
+ Follow up subordinate to ensure construction contract closeout and maintains documentation files system of C&M Department.
+ Review, analyze & suggest the Tender Document & Quotation to Management for selection.
+ Suggest the recommendation of store construction & maintenance project to the Management for selection.
+ Contact & cooperate with Authorized Department related to C&M projects.
+ Attend the site inspection / meeting with the Departments of the Government / Landlord etc.
+ Prepare the site technical flexibility study report.
+ Perform other ad-hoc projects or special tasks assigned by CEO.

Education / Training Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Civil Engineer, Construction Management, M&E or Business Administration in Construction.
Experience: Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience with at least 5 years at managerial level in Construction, Project Management & M&E

+ Strong management and good interpersonal & negotiation skill
+ Good Computer skill in related specialized software
+ Good command in English and local dialect
+ Knowledge of facilities planning and construction management processes and procedures.
+ Experience in estimating, budgeting, and scheduling practices.
+ Understand current status of costs of new construction, escalation factors, and market trends.
+ Savy the laws governing construction contracts and contracting.
+ Knowledge of construction materials and methods.
