HCM - Senior Creative Designer

The designer is responsible for the design and creation of all creative artworks for Digital team (including build up KV by month/ brand/ campaign, adapt visuals for all Digital channels,...)

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for producing all the creative ideas and all audio-visual outputs of each brand
- Participate in ideation process aside with design tasks
- Collaborate with internal and global teams to fully understand about campaign, brand’s guideline, adaptation deck.

- You are a driven designer and a proactive team-player with at least 2+ years of experience.
- Have experiences in integrated campaigns, social and e-commerce
- Have good design, layout and motion graphic/animation skill, mindset with fashion is an advantage
- Video editing skill is a plus
- Familiar with social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Website, etc
- Open and curious mindset, pragmatic attitude, and a hands-on mentality.
- Able to communicate in English is a plus.
