[HCM-SHELL-Q1] Technical Service Admin (Mechanical/Lubricants)

• Provide general technical support to sales staff and customers through product recommendation, advice on product equivalence and troubleshoot customer application issues within the limits of lubricants selection and performance specifications (Hot Line owner).

• Record customer complaints, ensuring a high level of detail (to be problem owner, following Customer Complaint Handling Process).

• First line support for Marine (30% working load). Know who to escalate to, whilst remaining problem owner.

• Technical admin support (eg. update info & upload VN version of TDS on EPC website,…)

• Manage operational activity in terms of the Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators that are crucial to meet the business performance criteria.

• Responsible for the End to End administration of the provision of Lube Analyst, including liaising with Account Managers, Technical Support Groups and 3rd Party Vendors.

• Administration of day- to-day Lube Analyst service offering e.g. Onboarding new customers, chasing queries & samples.

• Service Administrator for other Technical Services offering eg Lube-Match and Lube-Advisor.

·         Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Automotive/ Mechanical Equipment or related fields.

·         1-year experience in the same position as Technical Customer Service.

·         Intermediate in English skills.

•        Experience in a customer facing role beneficial.

•        Good organizational and communication skills.

•        Ability to work under own initiative, manage & prioritize tasks.

•        Competence in problem solving and good decision-making skills.

•        Positive customer focus attitude and passion for the customer.
