Sweet Dates Prints is a professional wedding stationery design boutique focusing on overseas markets. We are looking for a qualified candidate for the Account Executive position, tending the needs and requirements of foreign clients.

Entry-level position. Proficiency in English is required

• -Receive and handle customers' enquiries in a timely, polite manner following company's guidelines and policies. Resolve complains and disputes when they arise. Provide and maintain good customer service with clients.
• -Monitor orders from beginning to end. Ensure that deadlines and quality are met with customers' expectations. Work closely with the design and production teams
• -Continuously improve customer experiences and processes, bridging customers' needs and company's service capabilities.
• -Identify sales opportunities and optimize operations through active and attentive communication and observations
• -Manage customer database and company's sale channels
• -Ad-hoc tasks

• College or University Graduate
• Proficient in English, preferably IELTS 5.5-6.0
• Good with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Gmail and its applications.
• Detail oriented, organized, and honest individual with an open mindset to learn and take initiatives
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Customer-centric mindset
