KEY JOB ACCOUNT ABILITIES:
Assist O+O Activation Manager in executing O+O works that aligns with Brand Strategy and Thematic Mega Campaign Concept.
Livestream transformation
Planning and working with Agency to conduct Marathon Livestream including brand live & affiliate live: concept, visual, story, teasing video production and briefing to KOLs, visibility (thumbnail, banners, …). Livestream management on the spot.
Take care of BAU livestream by transforming Content Library, Tool Test, Product card, and livestream visuals.
Amplify and Maximize Social management: Create contents for Mega sales & Livestream teasing, minigame, announcement...across touchpoints.
Visibilities & Visual management
Conduct merchandising brief to deliver disruptive online creatives: Media assets (CPAS, AMS) and Platform Visibilities (SIS, On- site assets) for double day, BAU, Mid- month and Pay day.
Brainstorming local thematic campaign ideas; follow up with both Internal Merch & External: Visual feedback, ensure Brand guideline & accurate content & timeline delivery.
Translate from Zone campaign guideline & activation calendar into detailed visual briefing to agency (SVC)
GWP (Gift- with- purchase) management
Supporting the development of GWP concepts and selection of appropriate gift items.
Tracking and analyzing the performance of GWP promotions to measure their effectiveness.
Assisting with the execution of GWP promotions, including inventory tracking, distribution
Managing O+O Portfolio
New product listing: ensure A+ contents & visual assets in line with zone guidelines.
New bundle creation: working with multi stakeholders to create & active new online bundles.
Online Brand Campaign Execution & Report
Manage product integrations (FDR, COSMO, Salsify, Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok), benchmark competitors, track KPIs (GMV, CR, AOV), and report on campaign performance with optimization recommendations.
Manage product data integrations across key platforms (FDR, COSMO, Salsify, Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Shop Seller Center).
POSM Management:
Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and execute impactful in- store displays, promotions, and POS materials to drive sales within retail channels.
Training Support:
Assist the Education team in developing and delivering engaging training materials for sales staff and retail partners, covering product knowledge, current promotions, and effective sales techniques.
Analyzing sales data and report:
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and provide data- driven recommendations for campaign optimization
Research consumer behavior, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform marketing strategies.
