[HCM] Technical Project Manager Associate

- Based on provided solutions/services, communicate and coordinate between customers, internal teams and partners to plan, monitor implementation and deliver the final solutions/services to customers.

- Support customer on handling errors and defections, perform system analysis to find the root cause and supporting related parties on solving the issues.

- Write documents related to projects (BRD, SRD, etc.)

- Analyze internal system and product, request new features to development team.

- Propose new ideas on system and process improvement.

- 1-2 years of working experiences (Project Management, Software Development is preferred)

- Good communication and presentation skills in English

- Good time management and leadership skills

- Proactive, can-do attitude and continuous improvement mindset

- Having knowledge of project management

- Having experience on coordinating between teams and projects

- Having experience on working in software development environment is a plus

- Having board knowledge of new technology trends is a plus

- BPMN 2.0 knowledge is a plus
