JOB DESCRIPTION
Store operation
Visual merchandise:
• Ensuring the display quality of the store meets the guidelines and deadlines of the company.
Inventory:
• Inventory control monthly by managing, and monitoring the result of the monthly inventory schedule at the Stores.
• Provide a better solution for stock management (If any)
New Store Opening:
• Work with related departments such as Wearhouse, Merchandise, HR, and Regional sale supervisor to achieve the store opening target.
• Monitoring the checklist requirement to relevant departments and following up with the progress. Make sure the store have enough equipment and condition to operate such as goods, decoration, legal document......
Store Document Management
• Reviewing the principles and practices of the Retail store processes, ensuring that all staffs are able to follow correctly.
• Monitoring the team to work on company guidelines, such as sales recording, money depositing, goods ordering/ receiving /returning, and store expense.
Maintain store standard and merchandise standard
• Ensuring store assets and equipment are in good condition.
• Checking and maintaining working standards following store processes.
Store maintenance:
• Follow RS report about store maintenance and work with store expansion department to balance the cost of country stores maintenance.
Sales Management
• Analyzing sales, doing the action plan, and ensuring the team is well communicated.
• Monitoring sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Trade marketing: cooperating with the Trade marketing department to ensure brand dentition and Promotion (brand identity POSM, promotion POSM).
• Sales
• Coordinating, urging and monitoring the RSS, SMs by managing the store performance, and sales KPIs and supporting the RS team to have activities to drive sales and push sales to ensure achieving the sales targets.
• Communicating Sales Targets, sales plans, and sales results to the Regional sale supervisor (RS).
• Compile reports after the end of the promotion, get comments from the RS department then analyze them to have a better strategy for the next promotion.
Customer Service Quality
• Ensuring quality of sales service according to standards Quality customer service, aftersales.
Training & development for Store staff
• Make sure the retail team follows the company rules.
• Provide monthly staff training course relate to subjects: product, store operation, sales service… based on the company needs.
