Experience in operation and menu composition, purchasing and maintaining kitchen equipment
Supervised all food preparation
Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
Plan and implement short and long term strategies to improve guests’ satisfaction of food quality to enhance food and beverages and promotion revenueSupervise day to day all kitchen activity and associates
Excellent culinary skills and good knowledge in food handling and sanitation standard
Coaches the sous chef and other members of the kitchen staff, so they perform at their best
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area

Able to understand and communicate in English.
Great time management Up-to-date knowledge of techniques and recipes
Over 5 years working experience in the international hotel or high-end restaurants.
Strong strategic thinking, team leadership and management skills
Strong customers and associate communication skills
Ability to stay calm and perform various tasks
