Head Chef (Thai Cuisine)

Responsible for the production, preparation and presentation of all food items, in area concerned, to ensure the highest quality at all times.
Supervise the function of new project: employees, facilities, and costs hence contributing to maximize the overall project&039;s profit.
Inspects perishable food items received for quality control.
Assist or executes inspections of physical aspect the food preparation areas.
Responsible for the creation of menus, taking into consideration the following: Local requirements; Market needs; Competition; Trends; Potential costs; Availability of food products.
Control and analyze on an ongoing basis the following: Quality levels of production and presentation; Guest satisfaction; Operating food cost; Cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene.

Highly recommended in capable to communicate in Vietnamese in written and verbal form
Excellent managerial skills
Highly experienced in traditional and modern Thai cuisine
Extensive knowledge of HACCP and a proactive approach to all Health and Hygiene aspects are required
Able to understand and work with recipes in order to implement consistency in taste and presentation of the Thai food
Able to work innovative and creative and to create and present their own menus
Deep understanding of budgets and food cost
