Head of Agency Recruitment & Activity Management Ứng tuyển

Position Objective:
Develop & implement all necessary, effective platforms to support smoothly daily agency business activities relating to not only Recruitment but also Activity Management to create most professional & efficient recruitment process as well as basic foundation of key activities to develop agents/managers working habits.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Plan and organize the work of subordinate to ensure those performance objectives established are achieved to support the KPIs.
Design & Insure the implement of Activity Management Tools among sales team and evaluate the effectiveness and actual results of each team for better improvement.
Develop short term and long-term plan on function’s structure, process & procedures, in order to accomplish the company/Agency mission as well as Agency Recruitment and Activity Management mission.
Identify business issues relating to recruitment as well as activity management and carry out solutions to fix it up
Set clear tasks/ KPIs for each functional member (including all sales position levels) to ensure all areas related to recruiting / activities is properly covered.
Coordinate with Training Team to design proper Recruitment Skills Training program for all agency leaders level (including AD & RD levels) as well as tools to measure basic activities of each team/ levels
Measure & Evaluate all key business indicators of all related activities of each sales team for improvement based on required KPIs.

Customize training program for the sales team and frequently review recruitting results with agency leaders.
Organize workshops and carry out key activity management among each level of sales force.
Control the implementation of the recruitment process in the sales team to ensure consistency and compliance with the criteria for selecting candidates.
Organize regular recruitment workshops to select potential candidates.
Coordinate with the sales team to carry out effective recruitment activities as well the basic foundation to ensure the number of new agents in each office.
Measure and evaluate indicators of recruitment activities and basic activities in coordination with the training department
Responsible for quality control of recruitment at all positions during the initial period when all positions are recruited from outside.
