Head of Capital Markets and Treasury

1. As a lead for our strategic treasury function, the Head of Capital Markets and Treasury will work with CFO, Controllership and Treasury Operations team to achieve the following goals for business:

- Optimize working capital market, including optimizing cost of borrowing and ensuring right level of liquidity across business value chain

- Unlock liquidity from idle cash (cash pool, in-house bank, internal dealing), and reduce the cost of financing across

- Identify constructs to enhance business margins and improve risk management

- Manage cost of capital for medium as well as long-term through banking and other financial relationships

- Define, develop and maintain the capital structure and balance sheet strategy for each business

2. Work with the Financial Products team to scope and roll-out new product lines, including the design of a capital structure for the organization, the identification of capital funding sources, and potential securitization of products over time:

- Lead and help negotiate key partnerships with banks and financial partners as well as provide inputs in selection of technology platforms

- Act as the strategic lead in defining the right financial framework along with appropriate level of risk, compliance and legal requirements

- Review product designs to determine viability and relevance to financial goals

3. Others

- As the Head of Capital Markets and Treasury, you will design, setup and manage a sustainable financial model for CT Group. In particular, the Head of Capital Markets and Treasury will spend considerable time with our emerging Financial Products business, to define and build the capital structure, identify and secure funding sources, and develop securitization relationships as we grow.

1.      8+ years in treasury with deep understanding of cash and treasury management, commercial capital markets, debt financing, lending, commercial banking

2.      Experience in creating capital structure & balance sheet strategy as well as raising capital

3.      Experience in creating capital structures to support financial & lending products

4.      Managed treasury or financial reporting for a bank or a financial services company

5.      Experience with/enjoy working in a dynamic

6.      Fluent communication in English
