Due to expend and develop the business’s strategy, Indovina Bank has demand to seek potential candidates for the position as Head of Corporate Banking Section at Business Center with detail information as below:
Tasks:
Directly contact, consult and sell products & services to corporate customers; Manage and take care existing customers and develop new customers; Be mainly in charge of monitoring customer’s performance and debt collection.
Perform job assignment, manage and improve service quality and effectiveness of assigned sale team.
Customer management under assigned customer portfolio (take 60% over working time)
Customer contact and sale, customer care:
- Seek, contact and sale on products and services, develop potential and new customers;
- Manage, take care and keep relationship with customers.
Proposal on sales products & services to customers:
- Analyze and evaluate customer capacity (direct meeting, sales information verification);
- Propose the provision of products & services with the approval authority.
Manage assigned customer’s portfolio:
- Monitor business operation;
- Identify risks;
- Monitor implementation of customer’s commitments;
- Be responsible for debt collection.
Customer management under customer portfolio of sales team (take 40% over working time)
Assign and manage jobs to improve service quality, business performance of assigned sale team:
- Support sales team in sales activities; manage the staff’s proposals on granting credit and business activities.
- Manage customer portfolio and support Head/Deputy Branch Manager in charge of Business for evaluating the proposal of products & services provided to customers;
- Coaching and training sales team.
Develop solutions in order to improve business performance, operation of the unit and business operation income (TOI) from assigned customer portfolio.
Employee management and training:
- Monitor, manage the overall operations, assign business target and evaluate employees.
- Train & coach employees to improve skills and capacity as Branch manager’s assignments.
Job requirements:
- Male/ Female with bachelor’s degree from university with major in banking, finance, business administration or equivalent.
- Knowledge on banking products and services and policies; Knowledge on corporate finance, laws, and credit experience
- Skills of advanced credit analysis and appraisal in corporate banking.
- Skills of advanced credit analysis and appraisal in corporate banking.
- Skills of leadership and management, problem solving and decision making, business management, personnel management.
- Good at communication, negotiation, analysis and sales skills
- High responsibility and compliance
- English: Fluency with TOEIC 800 upwards or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 05 years working experiences in banking-finance and 03 years in management level.
