Ability to draft and propose memos to CDO for communication with BIDV Bancas team

Sales Policy , Incentives schemes , contests :

Ensure timely approvals ( internal and external ) and launch of all policies , schemes / contests for sales teams across channels
Conceptualise , design and implement sales policy , compensation plan , incentive plans , recognition programs , contests , for ICM , Sales hierarchy , Agency , BIDV within approved budgets
Obtain market intelligence and review sales policies and schemes for sales across channels from time to time
Ensure sales contest effectiveness and assessment study and reporting periodically
Sales planning , quality & productivity :
Sales annual planning and revenue projection and phasing for both agency and Bancas

Manage the cost budget for the channels and provide periodic reports to CDO

Recruitment & Projects :
Review and provide reports / information to CDO on agent headcount , activity , productivity , attrition in agency channel
Planning, recruiting and Managing the ICM headcount in the Bancassurance channel through a team of recruitment executives

Lead and ensure success of Distribution and inter-departmental projects / initiatives assigned by CDO
Stakeholder Management :
Hire , lead and retain the team within the strategy organization with well defined KPIs for each member of the team and regular review of performance

Gather feedback / inputs / suggestions from frontline sales staff across platforms / forums both offline and online (FB ) and action timely to improve sales results
