HEAD OF GROWTH

● Be responsible for customer growth KPI(s) which result in revenue generated, cost optimized and up-sell opportunities.
● Deal with partners to co-marketing, exchange vouchers for rewards store and cross sale opportunities.
● Generate data-based hypothesis that help drive campaign strategies and initiatives;
● Coordinate the growth team and other department teams to execute the growth plan of customer acquisition, activation, retention, referrals.
● Build loyalty programs and implement CRM initiatives.
● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify advanced customer segmentation and insights.
● Create growth plans to increase customer base and customer lifetime value on all sale channels of The Coffee House including offline, online and other ones.

● Has a background in online and offline marketing, statistics, and funnel building.
● At least 3 years of experience in Customer/User Growth sector, proven track record in Technology Company or Retail Sector is a plus.
● Possess knowledge/experience across digital marketing, SEO, CRM, UX development, data analytics.
● Knowing how to translate data into insight; combine user behavior data with user needs (based on research and customer feedback) to diagnose the sales funnel.
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills
● Strong strategic thinking and critical thinking skills.
● Results-driven and able to deliver results under high pressure.
● Strong understanding of user-centricity concepts, have the ability to analyze customer behavior data accurately.
